Christos grew up between two cultures – English suburbia and the Greek Cypriot coast. A Marine Biology graduate, undertaking study and research between the UK and US, Christos lived and worked predominately in Asia, including The Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia completing various contracts in dive expedition. He combined these experiences towards working as an underwater cameraman, merging his love for the ocean with his passion for storytelling. Returning to the UK in 2010, he worked as a technical operator in television, whilst focusing on developing his screenwriting/filmmaking. During this time he also completed the negotiated Raindance MA and co-founded a development company called Craven Street with a fellow student. Completing over eight short form projects, Christos then produced conceptual supernatural thriller – Astral starring Frank Dillane (Fear the Walking Dead, In the Heart of the Sea), financed through a pitched SEIS scheme. Christos is now focusing on developing his voice as a writer/director staying true to intimate character driven dramas. Currently in development is short film Blood, set in the London amateur boxing world and Numbers, a contemporary feature film examining unlikely friendships and sacrifice.
