Ali Mashayekhi

 

Since starting in 2003 with a self-funded indie short film, Ali Mashayekhi has produced several Japanese music videos, multiple short films and two features, most recently being the film, Let’s Rap (2015), starring Jason Priestley and comedic TV pilot Day Players (2016), starring Kristian Bruun of Orphan Black. In addition to his fiction slate, Mashayekhi has created the lifestyle TV series Style Atlas and the travel show Japan Drift. In 2016, Mashayekhi started the digital distribution company Without a Flock Distribution with Film Director, Neil Huber, and Executive Producer, Al Magee, with a focus on independent, character driven features.
