ACCESS INFORMATION

VUE CINEMA PICCADILLY (Lower Regent Street)

  • Wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens apart from Screen 3
  • You can enter the venue through one set of push and pull, double doors on the right-hand side. This leads you to the box office. A lift then takes customers to the screens in the basement
  • Step-free access to wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and an accessible toilet near Screen 3
  • Lowered counter available
  • Assistance dogs are welcomed into all VUE venues
  • Some screens are equipped with infrared technology to provide hearing assistance. Simply let a member of VUE staff or Raindance know when you’re purchasing or collecting your tickets and they’ll organise a headset or neck loop for you. We recommend arriving a little earlier than you normally would so we can get you set up in time for the film
  • Unfortunately there are no audio description services available
  • All non-English language films will include subtitles

Important information for Parent & Baby Screening

  • VUE Piccadilly does not have a dedicated parking space for you to park your baby buggy, but we will be assigning an area for the festival. This will be first come, first serve – so please get there early to ensure a space! For health and safety reasons, buggies and bassinets are not allowed inside the cinema screens
  • Please note that Cinema 2 and 3 have flip seats; please ensure your baby is kept on your lap while seated inside the cinema
  • Baby changing facilities are located in the disabled toilet on the lower ground floor 

VUE WEST END (Leicester Square)

  • VUE West End has wheelchair access throughout the venue and in all screens. You can enter the venue through two sets of double doors, both manual 
  • From the main foyer there is a lift and escalators taking customers to all nine screens spread across four floors.
  • Step-free access to the wheelchair spaces and adjoining seats, and accessible toilets on the mezzanine. 
  • Audio loops at all of the counters, where food, drinks and tickets can be purchased, and pre-purchased tickets can be collected.

RAINDANCE IMMERSIVE (OXO2)

Access:

  • On street Blue Badge parking bay(s) is/are located on Upper Ground. 
  • The Queen’s Walk and Courtyard Entrance: step-free access, main door(s) open(s) towards you (pull). 
  • Entrance at left of building: step-free access, main door(s) open(s) away from you (push). 
  • The lift is located in the centre of the building off the courtyard. The floors which are accessible by this lift are G, 1 and 2. 
  • Inside: step-free access throughout the venue 
  • Accessible toilet located on the far left and the far right of the building 

RAINDANCE DELEGATES CENTRE  (VIRGIN MONEY LOUNGE)

Access:

  • The venue is wheelchair accessible, with entry to the lower floor available via lift
  • The venue includes accessible toilets, which are located on the lower floor 

Information for Parents:

  • Baby changing facilities are available in the disabled toilet in the lower ground floor

Please note that Cafe de Paris and Century Club are not wheelchair accessible venues and are both over-18s venues only.
