About the Tutor

Vanessa is an actress, writer, producer, director and serial crowdfunder. She has run nine crowdfunds across both Indiegogo and Kickstarter and as a result been able to make multiple award-winning short films which have screened at festivals globally including Rhode Island, Newport Beach, New Renaissance and Sydney Independent Film Festival. Currently she has Bus Stop on the festival circuit, The Long Walk Home in the final stages of post and Small Talk in pre-prep for the second leg of the shoot. She’s also developing a feature script. She co-founded production company Nine Yards Films.
